Ready to Begin?
Beginning psychiatric care can feel difficult when you are already overwhelmed or uncertain how to explain what is happening. The process is designed to be straightforward.
1. Review Services & Fees
Read the practice model, appointment options, and out-of-network information so you know what to expect.
2. Schedule a 15-Minute Introductory Call
We will briefly discuss what you are seeking, practical questions, and whether the practice appears appropriate. This is not a clinical evaluation.
3. Complete the Intake Information
If you schedule an evaluation, you will receive secure forms. You do not need to explain everything perfectly; the forms simply give us a place to begin.
4. Attend the Initial Evaluation
We will organize the history together, clarify the most important questions, and discuss the next step. Complex concerns may require more than one visit before the picture is complete.
You do not need the right diagnosis, the right terminology, or a polished account of what you have been through. You only need a starting point.
